Automatic tool change electric spindles
PDS Colombo automatic tool change spindles are designed for applications on machines working wood, plastic, aluminium, light alloy, steel, glass and marble. In particular, RA series, liquid cooled, is suitable for hard work load applications. Therefore, it is mainly used for steel, marble and aluminium working as well as plastic and wood.
The wide range of power, from 0,3 Kw to 35 Kw, with rotating speed up to 40.000RPM, allow a flexibility of use for each kind of application.
The frame is obtained from extruded aluminium bar or from heat treated special alloy aluminium ingot.
Bearings are precision angular contact type, with steel or ceramic balls and life lubrication with special grease for high speeds.
GC automatic tool changer spindles serieses are available with tool change connection type ISO 15, ISO 20, ISO 25, ISO 30, ISO 40 and HSK 25, HSK 32, HSK 40, HSK 50, HSK 63, HSK 80 available in A, B, E, F form.
