Manual tool change electric spindles
PDS Colombo manual tool change electric spindles are designed for applications on machines working wood, plastic, aluminium, light alloy, glass and marble. They are suitable for milling, boring, routing, grinding, polishing, debur, etc.
The wide range of power, from 0,2Kw to 13,5Kw, with rotating speed up to 60.000RPM, allows flexibility of use for each kind of application, either with axial or radial loads.
The frame is obtained from extruded aluminium bar or from heat treated special alloy aluminium ingot.
Bearings are precision angular contact type, with steel or ceramic balls and greased for life lubrication with special grease for high speeds
