Spindle Identification
It is often important to understand the information given on the spindle nameplate. This information can help to program the variable frequency drive, purchase necessary accessories, or for discussion with technical support. The information below will help you identify the type of spindle you actually have.

Please see below an example of the Spindle Model Number Structure. Sometimes the nameplate will show only a portion of the full part number. In this case it will be important to identify the Tool Clamping Type for the spindle.
